Obtained by vinifying in purity Cabernet Sauvignon, with a maturation in oak barrels for six months.

The must macerates on the skins for 10 days; the alcoholic fermentation of the sugars takes place in first passage and medium toasted French oak barrels, with the help of selected yeasts. The refinement takes place in second and third passage barrels, for a period of six months, simultaneously carrying out the malolactic fermentation; the refinement continues for about two months in the bottle.

Ruby red in color with garnet reflections, it has typical varietal aromas with hints of spices and vanilla given by the stay in the barrel; on the palate it is full, with soft tannins, with an important and enveloping structure. Excellent to combine with savory red meats, game and well-aged cheeses. Serve at: 16 – 18 ° C.
