MPF GRAPE MUST
Obtained by vinifying in purity Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, a particularly valuable variety for its aromaticity and harmony of aromas
Malvasia di Candia Aromatica
Generally in mid-September; the grapes are harvested strictly by hand
The must macerates on the skins at very low temperatures for a few hours, enriching itself with the typical aromas; alcoholic fermentation of sugars. Partial, it is interrupted at the right sugar percentage through repeated fermentations. After a few months of rest in temperature-controlled tanks, the wine is placed in an autoclave for natural refermentation, with the Charmat method, which makes it sparkling.

With a straw yellow color tending to golden, it has intense and aromatic aromas that recall hints of citrus and orange blossom; on the palate it has a good balance, is fresh and has a pleasant persistence.
