Organoleptic characteristics
With a pale yellow color tending to straw yellow with greenish reflections, it displays delicately floral aromas that introduce hints of fruit; it has a dry, delicate taste, with the right balance between the sugary and acidic components.
Excellent to combine with fish dishes and white meats.
Serve at 10-12 ° C.
