Vinification
The soft but sufficiently prolonged pressing allows to extract the aromas from the peel; the primary fermentation takes place in refrigerated tanks at 14 ° C in order to preserve the primary aromas of the grape. A long aging on the skins follows.

Organoleptic characteristics
Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it has persistent and delicately floral aromas that introduce the green apple; it has a young, sour and typical taste. Excellent as an aperitif, it enhances the flavors of appetizers, fish dishes, white meats and vegetables. Serve at 10-12 ° C.
