This wine is obtained through the vinification of selected grapes, grown in compliance with the disciplinary measures of organic agriculture CE 834/07 and CE 889/08.

The must is immediately sent to the pressing. The first fermentation takes place around 15 ° of temperature; the second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the ancestral method where the yeasts, once the second fermentation is over, die and settle on the bottom.

Pale yellow in color tending to white, it shows delicate aromas that introduce hints of fruit, citrus and white flowers; it has a dry, delicate taste. Excellent to combine with fish dishes and white meats, finally as an aperitif wine in the summer season. Serve at 10-12 ° C.
