Organoleptic characteristics
Pale yellow in color tending towards straw, it shows delicate aromas that introduce hints of fruit, even toasted; it has a dry, delicate taste, with the right balance between the sugary and acidic components. Excellent to combine with fish dishes and white meats. Serve at 10-12 ° C.
